THE WHITE DRESS

Winter. We're right in the middle of it, experiencing everything mother nature is capable of: air gets fiercer, face gets paler, skin gets drier, feet get colder, days get shorter.
This is what I'm feeling the full force of at the moment, as you can see by how ghostly I have become. But there are the positives - snow gets closer, coats get furrier, drinks get warmer, nights get cosier. I know I am definitely counting down to summer for a number of reasons along with the warmth, but for now, there's nothing we can do but embrace the season.

This is another way to style my monochrome fluffy jacket; here it's a little more dressy when paired with a new purchase. After falling in love with a Zara dress (seen in this post), I knew that this white version in a similar style and shape would be another favourite. It's structure and shoulder detailing means it can be worn in formal situations, like an internship, which I have managed to secure to complete in a few months' time. Embarrassingly, I actually tried it on back to front and loved it, which is what caused me to originally buy it - I realised that it doesn't matter if you can't obviously tell, so another post in the future (probably when it's warmer) will feature this dress, the other way around. This post ended up being a collection of items that have been previously featured, but in different combinations. I am wearing these stiletto boots once again as they are a current obsession and are just beautiful. The black headband and snood have also been seen, yet here they were also for extra insulation in the bitter winds - as well as the obvious of looking fabulous!

Jacket - H&M
Dress - Zara
