ALL BLACK FRIDAY

Yes, I'm fully aware that it's Wednesday, and not Friday like this post title suggests.

If you're not already (un)patiently waiting for Friday 27th November, you should be, because it's Black Friday. This means it's time for crazy sales and discounts on all your favourite brands. Boohoo are raring to go for the event ahead of time, and this is an all-black look you could get your hands on in the spirit of the dark and dangerous (for your bank balance) day.

As I've been loving the wide leg loose pants recently, I decided to go out of my comfort zone once again and try some culottes. These are my first pair and as a crazily small girl I thought they might not do anything for my height, but it turns out they actually elongate my body, making me look and feel taller! Starting with a tamer pair was the first step, but I'm sure I'll be venturing into pretty patterned ones in the future as I love how loose and easy they are to wear. This pair in particular are so light-weight and stretchy thanks to the elasticated waist, with the silver zip detail keeping them effortlessly simple. Paired with this sleeveless jacket and cold shoulder long sleeve top I'm loving the  tailored feel that's ideal for the city, which is exactly what I wore it for today when magazine shopping in London. Concerning accessories, a fedora and ankle boots complete the look, giving it a sleek finish.
